We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Team Leader to join our team.
You will play a central role in coordinating operations and mobilizing the maintenance team. Your daily life? Structured, concrete and strategic.
What you will do on a daily basis:
- Supervise, coordinate and participate in maintenance team tasks
- Plan, prioritize and follow up on work requests
- Ensure preventative maintenance and proper operation of equipment
- Inspect the work carried out and ensure the quality of the interventions
- Ensure material supply and resource management
- Maintain high standards in health, safety and compliance
- Support operations and take over in the absence of the director
- Contribute to a mobilizing and collaborative work climate
Profile sought:
- Mobilizing leadership and ability to rally a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Sense of organization and planning
- Versatility and resourcefulness
- Sense of initiative and good management of priorities
- Rigor and concern for a job well done
- More than 2 years’ experience in maintenance (plumbing-carpentry-painting-plastering) and staff supervision
