Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the opening and closing of beverage services in bars or banquet areas.
• Welcomes customers, suggests a drink and presents the bistro menu
• Prepares the various drinks requested by customers
• Bring requested meals and drinks
• Makes sure to follow up with the customer so that they don’t miss anything
• Bills customers when the meal ends
• Sets up equipment for banquets, weddings, events
• Ensures the cleanliness of tables, chairs
• Immediately implements established procedures in the event of an emergency
• Other related tasks

Conditions and Requirements:

• 1 year experience in catering/bar
• Good physical shape
• Speed ​​of execution and stress tolerance
• Aptitude for teamwork, great autonomy, sense of organization
• Intermediate French and English
• Salary tips
